I love Readmill so much, so when Matthew told me about doing a Meet the Readmillers post with me, I WAS THRILLED.
Matthew, an awesome writer by the way, is Readmill‘s Community Manager.
For the longest time, books have been a way for us to escape. They transform monotonous travel and free time into journeys. They’re always with us, filling up our bags and electronic devices. In essence, they keep us company. We have a companion in a book, and our fondness of them can grow over time – especially if we find ourselves alone.
Readmill has helped transform the average book into something that keeps Kenna company in a grander way, as well as spurring her on to read more. “Ultimately, I find myself reading more out of my comfort zone with Readmill. I browse through other people’s highlights and see if there’s anything I like.” Kenna says that she feels for the people that can’t read every book they wish for — much like her own childhood — and is inspired to share her blessings.
